Introduction

The Place Profile form offers a detailed look into specific locations within our facilities. It includes general information about the place, its associated doors, and the staff authorized to access it.

Overview of Place Profile Form

The form presents data in two primary sections:

  • General Information: Displays an overview of the selected place.
  • Authorized Staff List: Lists staff members who have access permissions to this place.

How to Use ?

    • Launch the Place Profile from the Places Management module.
    • If you do not have the necessary user permissions to view the details, the form will not open. Ensure you have the right privileges or consult with the system administrator. 
    • In the SearchBoxPlace, enter the number or identifier for the place you want to view.
    •  The form will automatically query and showcase details about the selected place
    • all the place details will be shown based on the place Number, like buidling name, the current user of the space and his full information, along with place more details like Total doors related to the place and total grants to the staff 
    • Switch to the second tab to view the list of authorized staff members for the selected place.

    • The form will already be populated based on your selection in the SearchBoxPlace
