The “All users tasks checker” interface in iClicka offers team leaders and managers an efficient way to monitor, assign, and evaluate the progress of tasks assigned to their team members. With iClicka’s intuitive design, users can swiftly add, track, and delegate tasks, ensuring transparency and productivity in team operations.

How to Use:

Accessing the Task Interface:

  1. Go to the ‘Core Panel/ Settings’ from the side menu on the main page.
  2. Click on the ‘All Users Tasks’ button. This will display tasks of all staff, inclusive of your own.

Filtering and Viewing Tasks:

  1. Various filters help in refining the tasks displayed:

    • Filter by Company: To view tasks specifically associated with a particular company.
    • From Date – To Date: Set a range to display tasks scheduled between certain dates.
    • Select User: Pinpoint tasks associated with a specific staff member.
    • Task Status: Zero in on tasks that hold a particular status.
    • Search by Task Name: Input the task’s name, or part of it, to pull up related tasks.

    Using combinations, such as tasks for a specific staff member within a designated company that hold a “To Do” status, can refine your results further.

  2. The filtered results will appear. You can open and manage any task by double-clicking on it.

  3. To export your refined results, click on “Export Current Tasks”, and the data will be saved in an Excel file.

  4. If you wish to export all tasks without applying any filters, simply click “Export All Tasks”.

  5. To focus solely on tasks that are still in progress and exclude the completed ones, hit the “Show Pending Tasks” button.
