Overview

The ISP Package Management feature in the application allows you to effectively manage and identify the packages provided by ISP vendors. It provides information about the package benefits, costs, and allows you to enable or disable packages based on ISP updates and promotions.

Package Benefits:

The application includes a package benefits feature to help you select the appropriate package for each staff member based on their work needs. Here are the general benefits for each package:

  1. Local Minutes: Displays the number of minutes that can be used to make calls to other local numbers.
  2. Local Data: Indicates the data limit available for in-country usage, typically measured in GB (gigabytes) like 2GB, 4GB, etc.
  3. International Minutes: Shows the number of minutes allowed for making international calls.
  4. Roaming Minutes: Specifies the minutes available for usage while roaming outside the country.
  5. Roaming Data: Indicates the allowed internet traffic while roaming outside the country.
  6. Business Group: Enables free calls within numbers belonging to the same business group.

Note: Ensure that the package benefits have been approved by the Commercial Department and management before inserting them into the application for staff use.

Creating an ISP Package:

be careful when inserting the data becuase there will be a shared cost based on your data entery.

Here is the steps you can follow to insert a new package in the system, please follow up the steps.

  1. Go to the SIM Card Module Main Page.
  2. Click on “New ISP Package.”
  3. Enter the creation date.
  4. The status is set to “Active” by default. Check if you want to change it.
  5. Choose the ISP vendor from the available options.
  6. Specify a clear and unique package name, avoiding duplicates.
  7. Enter the package cost as per the ISP’s price.
  8. Select the grades that are allowed to use this package. You can make multiple selections.
  9. Add the package benefits, ensuring that all the required fields are filled accurately.
  10. Include any comments related to the grade or additional information.
  11. Once you have entered all the necessary information, click “Save” to publish the package information and make it available for use.

Note: You can use the navigation buttons to move between different packages for any modifications or updates.
