The ‘Parking Main Report’ is a comprehensive summary designed for management to quickly overview the current status and allocation of parking slots. This report provides detailed insights, including the total count of parking, availability and reservation status, allocation per company, and linked employee information.

Scope and Details of the Parking Main Report

The Parking Main Report provides a wide range of information that aids in the efficient management of parking slots. Below are the key details you can find in this report:

1. Total Parking Slots: The report displays the total number of parking slots within the parking system.

2. Total Available Parking Slots: This count indicates the number of parking slots that are currently unassigned and available for allocation.

3. Total Reserved Parking Slots: This figure shows the number of parking slots that have been assigned and are currently not available for further allocation.

4. Parking Slot Allocation by Company: The report provides a breakdown of parking slots per company, allowing you to see how parking resources are distributed among the different companies.

5. Employee Information: For each parking slot that is assigned to a staff member, the report will list:

   • Employee Number
   • Full Name
   • Company Name
   • Parking Slot Number
   • Company Floor
   • Grade

Exporting and Printing the Report

The Parking Main Report can be exported to a PDF for offline viewing, record-keeping, or sharing. Additionally, you can directly print the report from the application. Here’s how to do it:

1. Export to PDF: Look for the ‘PDF’ button, Click on it and Choose your desired save location and click ‘Save’.

2. Direct Print: To print the report directly from the application, look for a ‘Print’ button, and click on it. Set your printer preferences and click ‘Print’ to start the printing process.
