Overview

The Store Inventory report is a valuable tool for admin staff to keep track of their items inventory and verify its consistency with the system’s records. This report can generate an individual report for each store or a comprehensive report for all stores together (note that the master report does not include prices).

Get Store Inventory: Step by Step

Follow the steps outlined below to generate the Store Inventory Report:

  1. Navigate to the Commercial Module main menu.
  2. Click the “Store Inventory” button.
  3. Choose the store where you want to generate the inventory report, or select ‘All Stores’ for a comprehensive report.
  4. Click the ‘Get Report’ button.
  5. A report page will open, presenting details for each item as follows:
    • Item Name
    • Single Quantity: As the application uses the concept of ‘single quantity’, the inventory also represents quantities similarly.
    • Minimum Quantity: This is the minimum quantity in the store for each item.
    • Maximum Quantity: The maximum quantity can be ordered for each item.

These minimum and maximum quantities can assist you during inventory management, alerting you to make orders when any items reach the minimum amount and guiding you on how many items you need to order by referencing the maximum quantity.

If you select the ‘All Stores’ option, the report will display the item name along with a column for each store, showing the number of single quantities available in each store.

This report is typically used to manage inventory levels efficiently, helping ensure items are adequately stocked and replenished as needed.
