SIM Cards Module Overview

The SIM Cards module is crucial for managing all SIM cards leased by various Internet Service Providers (ISPs) across the company entities. This module provides precise data for each SIM card, leveraging a comprehensive database that catalogs all types of SIM cards and their respective statuses.

Key Features of the SIM Cards Module

The SIM card module has many benefits, including:

1. Simplifying the complicated process: The module organizes options and windows into a structured format. This is important because SIM card management requires many tasks to be completed accurately, especially since monthly bills must be paid.
2. Separating staff requests: The module separates staff requests into four main objects: new SIM card requests, upgrades, downgrades, and staff transfers. This helps the administration staff avoid any request issues.
3. Two-level request process: Each request has two levels: a request level and a verification level. This helps to avoid any mistakes made by the staff.
4. SIM card verification: The module includes a function called SIM card verification, which allows the administration department to verify all of the SIM cards under the companies and validate them.
5. Linking staff grades with ISPs’ packages: Linking staff grades with ISPs’ packages is very easy. You only need to link them once, and the application will handle it from there. If any staff member is ineligible for a package, you will be notified so that you can reject or grant an exception, if needed.
6. Ability to manage and filter SIM cards: The module allows you to manage and filter SIM cards in different ways, such as by company, department, project, and period. This allows the administration to verify and validate these SIM cards with different views and allows other departments to help with the filtration process.
7. Ability to check the cost of all SIM cards: The module allows you to check the cost of all SIM cards or part of them by a specific period or by many criteria that we have added to the application.
8. Transactions are tracked: All transactions are tracked by the logged-in username and the date of the transaction.
9. History Function: The module has been configured to build a history for each SIM card. This history includes dates and the users who made the changes.
10. Comparing Function: The module makes it easy to compare the current SIM cards list with the vendor or ISP. You can upload an Excel file to the system and get the differences between both lists. You can also export the comparison list to an Excel file. This gives you the flexibility to make any changes and then apply them to the system.
11. Billing management: The module integrates billing management to be a fully cycled solution. Once you start adding your monthly invoices, you will be able to track previous bills and compare them with other months. You can also build amazing reports.
12. Pending requests: The pending requests function helps you to export all the requests that should be sent to the ISP for either activation or termination. They are provided to you as an Excel list filtered and ready to be sent as per the ISP requirements.
13. Package system: The package system allows you to manage ISP packages and their benefits. You can enable or disable packages, add new ones, and check the benefits of a package with one click. You can also export the benefits as an Excel file. This makes it easy to upgrade or downgrade packages by checking the benefits of the package before providing it to staff.
14. Reports: The reports of the module will be very good for the management. We have already developed many reports, and you will find them listed in this user guide.
15. Master list: The master list option is a perfect scenario for the administration department to export all the SIM cards or filtered parts. The master list has many criteria that users can select to get the correct data without needing to export the full master list for the filtration process.
