Releasing Parking

Introduction

The ‘Release Parking’ feature in iClicka allows users to free up assigned parking slots and reset them to available status. This guide will walk you through the process of releasing a parking slot from a staff member.

Step-by-Step Guide to Releasing Parking Slots

1. Open the Release Parking window from the iClicka application.

2. Insert the unique employee number of the staff member from whom you wish to release a parking slot.

3. The window will display all parking slots related to the entered employee number.

4. Select the specific parking slot you wish to release and click on the black button.

5. Click on the “Release” button. This action will remove all vehicle information related to the selected parking slot, and the status of the parking slot will be updated to “Available”.
