Overview

The SIM Card Compare Tool is designed to save you time by comparing the current mobile numbers in the application with external ISP sheets. Here are some benefits of using this tool:

  1. Import data from an Excel file.
  2. Compare the imported data with existing data in the application.
  3. Filter the comparison results to show only unmatched records.
  4. Highlight and provide the differences between the two lists.
  5. Export the comparison results to an Excel file.

How to Use

Follow these steps to perform a comparison using the SIM Card Compare Tool:

  1. Access the SIM Cards Module in the iClicka application.

  2. In the SIM Cards Module main menu, locate and click on the “Compare SIM Cards” button. This will open the Compare feature.

  3. To ensure accurate comparison, download the provided Demo file by clicking on “Download Demo”. Save the file to a desired location, open it, and fill in the required data. Do not change any names or sheet names, but you can modify the file name.

  4. Once your list is ready to be compared, click on the “Import Excel File” button. Choose the file you prepared and click “Open”.

Notice Message!

Only files with the extensions .Xls or .Xlsx are accepted for uploading, with unlimited file size.

  1. After clicking the “Upload” button, a confirmation message will appear. Click “OK”. If there are any errors during the upload, the application will inform you of the exact error.

  2. The application will analyze the uploaded data and compare it with the current data. The results will be displayed in two sections. The first section shows the current data in the application (with column headers tagged as OR.field name), and the second section displays the Excel file information (with column headers tagged as EX.fieldname).

  3. The first column, labeled “Differences” and colored in red, will show you the differences between both sides. Here are the definitions for the data differences you may encounter:

    • “Not In Excel”: The record exists in the application database but not in the Excel file.
    • “Not in rented services”: The record is in the Excel file but not in the application database.
    • If there are numeric differences, such as the cost being 50 in the application and 51 in the Excel file, the word “Cost” will appear in the “Differences” column.
  4. To export the entire comparison operation as an Excel file, click on the “Export Results” button. Choose the save location and provide a name for the file.

Other Features

The SIM Card Compare Tool also offers the following features:

  • Reset Compare List: You can clear all the results uploaded from the Excel file, preparing the database to receive a new file for the next comparison.

  • Compare Memory Reset: When opening the comparison window, the application will prompt you to reset the compare memory if the last operation has not been cleared.

  • Total Records: The tool displays the total number of records on both sides, as well as the total number of matched and unmatched cases.

  • Show Unmatched Cases: You can click the checkbox to show only the unmatched cases, narrowing down the display.
