SIM Card Staff Transfer Procedure

The SIM Card Staff Transfer procedure enables you to move a SIM card from one staff member to another seamlessly.

Follow these steps to transfer a SIM card:

Step 1: Enter Mobile Number

To initiate a SIM card staff transfer, input the mobile number associated with the SIM card into the system. The current owner’s information (name, designation, department, etc.) will be displayed, confirming the validity of the mobile number.

Step 2: Fill in New Owner’s Details

Fill out all the fields with the new owner’s details.

Step 3: Complete the Transfer Process

Click the ‘Transfer’ button to complete the process. The system will automatically update the SIM card record, associating it with the new owner.

Transferring to a Different Company

In instances where the new owner belongs to a different company within the group, the cost of the SIM card package will be transferred to the new company. To inform the Internet Service Provider (ISP) about the cost shift, you need to create a letter.

To facilitate this, we’ve added a ‘Create Letter’ button in the form. By clicking this button, the application will assist you in creating the specific letter for the ISP. Export the letter as a PDF, have it signed by an authorized person, and send it to the ISP to transfer the package cost to the new company account.
