Overview:

The Assets Master List Report allows you to view a comprehensive list of all assets in a system. You can view all assets and apply filters to refine and narrow their search based on specific criteria such as Company, Project, Store, Category, Asset Availability, and Official status.

Key Features:

  1. Dynamic Filtering: Users can apply multiple filters at once to fine-tune their view.
  2. Reset Filters: A simple click will clear all applied filters, restoring the full assets list.
  3. Comprehensive Details: Each asset entry shows a broad range of data including price, quantity, condition, project, remarks, and more.
  4. Relation with Other Tables: The list is generated by linking multiple tables, ensuring comprehensive and related data is displayed.

How to Use:

1. Apply Filters:

  • Use the dropdowns or text boxes for each of the filters: Companyfilter, ProjectFilter, StoreFilter, CategroyFilter, AvailabilityFilter, and OfficialFilter. you can use one or mutlible filters together
  • After setting the desired filters, click on the Filter button to apply them.
  • The assets list will be updated to display only those entries that meet all the applied criteria.

2. Reset Filters:

  • To view the full list without any filters, simply click on the Reset button.
  • All filters will be cleared, and the comprehensive list will be restored.

3. Review Asset Details:

  • With or without filters, the list will display details such as Asset ID, Serial Number, Asset Price, QTY, Company, and so forth for each asset.
4. Export resualts
you can export the filtered resualts to excel file and save it in your storage by clicking Export Excel and then save the file in the location you want.
