Introduction

The “Staff Location Report” overviews staff and their respective locations based on the Building, Floor, and Company criteria. It allows for filtering to obtain specific information based on these three fields.

How to use ?

  1. Go to the places module and click Staff Locations report.
  2. In the opened form, select or input the desired criteria:
    • Building: Choose the specific building of interest.
    • Floor: Choose the floor related to the building of interest.
    • Company: Select the company whose staff you’d like to locate.
  3. After setting your criteria, click the Generate Report button.
  4. The system will process your request and open the “Staff PLaces Report” detailing the staff based on your criteria.
