The Insert Brand function serves as an effective tool for cataloging your items based on their manufacturers. Whether it’s screens from LG or Samsung, mobile devices from Apple or Huawei, or sugar from SOS or another company, associating items with their respective brands can facilitate advanced reporting and enable you to quickly find items by sorting them by brand.

Steps to Insert a New Brand

To insert a new brand, follow these simple steps:

1. Navigate to the Commercial Module Main Menu.

2. Click on “Insert Brand”.

3. Carefully enter the name of the brand. Ensure that the spelling is correct to avoid duplication or mislabeling.

4. Click on “Save Brand” to add the new brand to the system.

That’s it! The new brand is now available for assignment to items. By consistently using the Insert Brand function, you’ll establish a well-organized inventory system that simplifies item search and reporting.
