Estimated reading: 3 minutes 46 views

Verification General Overview

The purpose of SIM card verification is to ensure that the numbers are verified by the Administration team, that the staff members using the cards are still employed by the company, and that the cards are being used for authorized purposes. The verification status helps the administration department identify any unverified numbers and manage the SIM card inventory.

Verification Steps

  1. Go to the SIM card management main page and click on the “Verify Number” button.
  2. The system will display a list of unverified SIM cards.
  3. Select the SIM card that you want to verify and click on the “Open Form” button.
  4. Fill out the verification form. The form requires the following information:
    • Requester Full information
    • Signature of the requester
    • Signature of the head of the department
  5. Once you have filled out the form, click on the “Verify” button.
  6. The system will verify the SIM card and change the status to “Verified.”

You can verify a SIM card in any order. You do not need to verify all the steps at once. For example, you can verify the staff member’s signature and then wait for the head of the department to sign the form. Once the head of the department has signed the form, you can then verify the general manager’s signature.

Verification Types

The following are the four verification steps:

1- Standard Approvals

This step verifies that the form has been filled out with all the required information and has been signed by the staff member, the head of the department, and the general manager.

  • The form must be filled out in its entirety.
  • All required signatures must be present.

2- GM Approved Cost and Needs

This step verifies that the general manager has approved the cost of the SIM card package and that the staff member needs the SIM card for their work.

  • The general manager must have approved the cost of the SIM card package.
  • The staff member must need the SIM card for their work.

3- Staff Available and in Possession

This step verifies that the staff member is still employed by the company and that they have the SIM card in their possession.

  • The staff member must still be employed by the company.
  • The staff member must have the SIM card in their possession.

4- All Required Details Available

This step verifies that all the required information about the staff member, such as their name, department, and designation, is complete in the system.

  • The staff member’s name must be in the system.
  • The staff member’s department must be in the system.
  • The staff member’s designation must be in the system.
