Available SIM Cards

The purpose of creating this option is to show all the returned SIM cards from staff in one window and decide the action to be taken for these numbers.

You will find a list of SIM cards returned by the admin team to the store. These SIM cards are still active but tagged with a return status. With this window, the admin staff can either reassign those SIM cards or terminate them one by one.

Follow these steps to manage the available SIM cards:

Click the “Available SIMCards” button in the SIMCards Management main window.

Step 2: Select a SIM Card

Click on the number you want to manage.

Step 3: Choose an Action

If you want to terminate the number, click “Terminate” at the top of the form. If you want to reassign it to staff, click “Assign.” You can also click the “History” button to check the timeline of actions associated with this number, including information on who was using it and how many times it was assigned to staff, along with the dates of each action.
