Overview

The Items Master List report is a comprehensive tool that provides a complete list of items that have been created and used in the application. This report is an invaluable resource for understanding all items within the application database.

In addition, the report includes critical details about the items such as:

• Item SAP Code
• Item Category (e.g., Grocery)
• Item Subcategory (e.g., Sugar)
• Item Brand (e.g., SOS for SOS Sugar 5KG)
• Item Name (e.g., SOS Sugar 5KG)
• Item Unit (e.g., Bag, Box, Pcs)
• Item Available Quantity in all stores
• Item Single Quantity
• Current Cost Average: The current item price as Cost Average
• Total Cost Average: The total amount of current items in store

Generate the Items Master List Report: Step by Step

Follow the steps outlined below to generate the Items Master List Report:

1. Navigate to the Commercial Module main menu.
2. Click the “Item Master List” button.
3. A report page will open, displaying all the items.
4. You can export the report to an Excel file by clicking ‘Export Excel’. You can also export the report to a PDF file by clicking ‘Export PDF’.

This report is typically used to have a complete and detailed overview of all the items in the system, which can assist in inventory management, planning, and cost analysis.
