Master List Report

Overview

The Master List Report is the primary report in the SIM Card Modules section. It shows all the records related to the SIM cards for the companies you are managing. You can filter the records as you wish before exporting the data. Below, you will find all the information about managing the report.

Where is the Report?

You can access the Master List Report directly from the SIM Card Module main page by clicking on “SIM Card Master List”. You can also access it from other windows for quick access to the report.

Master List Report Filters

To help you organize your data easily, we have added a filter function to the report. The following filter criteria are available:

1. Company Filter: You can show data related to a specific company only and exclude other records.
2. ISP Filter: You can show all the SIM Card records related to one ISP vendor. For example, if you need to discuss a specific vendor and you want only their data.
3. SIM Type Filter: You can show a specific SIM type and exclude others. For instance, if you need to prepare a report about the data SIM cards only.
4. These filters are connected, so you can show a specific SIM card type in a particular company with a specific ISP. For example, you want to check the internet (data) SIM cards in Company X rented from ISP 22, it’s easy.

You can use the “Clear All” button to reset all the filters together or click on the icon beside each filter to clear it only.

Master List Report Exporting Options

After filtering the data you want, you can export it in different ways:

1. Export to Excel
2. Print Direct: You can print on paper or select “Print to PDF” to get it as a soft copy.
3. Send it as an Email: When you click this button, your Mail will open a new email automatically, and you will find the report prepared as an Excel attachment. You can modify the email subject and the main mail body as you want and add the person you want to receive it.
